Since 2003, EWKS has been developing a presence in the market for high-quality, character-driven child-friendly and family-friendly entertainment. The Company operated under this format led by CEO Peter Keefe until 2007.

In July 2008, Steven Humphries was appointed the Company's new CEO/President and Chairman of the Board. Under Humphries' guidance, the Company is moving forward with building on the initial platform that began in 2003.
