Also notice how February 2009 is when Dynamic Media Baileys company and Worldcast.tv announced their partnership....Right around the exact same time Bailey started prepping TDGI for a deal. Symbol change, moved states of incorporation etc....Then TDGI filing hits describing Worldcast.tv technology and Dynamic Medias business model as exactly what TDGI will be offering....
