TDGI, the next youtube??? Rainmaker report for TDGI.

Remember this phrase Multipoint acceptance.

From TDGI information disclosure-
The media division of TDGI intends to provide turnkey HD channels and HD programming opportunities for full power broadcasters to fill their digital spectrum or tiers using a proprietary patented delivery platform.

Additionally, cable networks, low power stations, mobile networks and any ISP using multipoint acceptance can also receive the HD channels and HD programming from TDGI via its proprietary delivery platform

This will provide any broadcaster or cable operator the ability to receive TDGI channels or any desired block of TDGI programming through conventional broadband ISP services.
This describes Worldcast.tv exactly almost word for word.

TDGI will create, produce and/or acquire professionally produced content in Music and Digital Short-Form and Long -Form Programming.
This TDGI description describes Dynamic Media International Alan Baileys other company perfectly.

TDGI will integrate current social networks and other unique social networking video sites with TDGI’s proprietary delivery system. This system will have media players, Built-in Ecommerce Solutions, Streaming Video, VOD, Video Podcasting, Mobile Video and Texting which in turn support TDGI’s Channels and Programs.

TDGI will produce much of its own original programming, mainly from live sponsored events, which solves licensee and clearance issues.

TDGI provides interactive, targeted advertising (to each room in the house) which is tracked, recorded and reported for measurable demographic results for the advertiser. Advertising can be inserted by advertising agencies or by clients directly through TDGI’s proprietary platform.

Remember that phrase I asked you to remember from the beginning of this post? Remember this phrase Multipoint acceptance. Hello Mr. multipoint developer Ian Stewart.....Unlike current point-to-point streaming technologies that require large allocations of expensive bandwidth as well as compression that reduces video quality, SMART is a point-to-multipoint protocol that supports all current IP television delivery methods, including Unicast, AnyCast, Multicast and others. SMART technology is scalable to deliver HD quality video content to mass audiences. SMART makes use of existing Internet protocols, then adds the point-to-multipoint functionality that hereto has been missing.

Additionally, cable networks, low power stations, mobile networks and any ISP using multipoint acceptance can also receive the HD channels and HD programming from TDGI via its proprietary delivery platform

Worldcast to Begin Field Tests of SMART IP Television Protocol
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Ventura, California – September 8, 2008 – Worldcast announced plans this week, at a meeting of shareholders, to begin real-world testing of its patented SMART IP Television Protocol. Following successful lab tests by NOVEL Superlabs, and at the University of Utah over the Abilene High Performance Network, Worldcast is building strategic partnerships with the cable television industry, wireless network providers, other broadband distributors, content providers and advertising industry executives.

Unlike current point-to-point streaming technologies that require large allocations of expensive bandwidth as well as compression that reduces video quality, SMART is a point-to-multipoint protocol that supports all current IP television delivery methods, including Unicast, AnyCast, Multicast and others. SMART technology is scalable to deliver HD quality video content to mass audiences.

According to Greg Miles, CEO of Worldcast, SMART technology has many uses, including increasing channel capacity on broadband networks without expensive infrastructure rebuilds. SMART technology is a dynamic 2-way technology that offers the interactive capabilities of Television 2.0 as well as many revenue-generating opportunities, such as targeted, low-cost, internet-driven ad insertion.

Field tests of SMART are designed to prove the technology in real-world settings and to identify and quantify many of the revenue opportunities.

Worldcast is also pursuing licensing agreements with programmers and content providers for a limited network of targeted channels that will be delivered to college campuses. "Worldcast SMART technology can allow advertisers to reach specific targeted demographic groups at low cost, with complete tracking of ads, even when content is recorded and shared," said Dave Clark who is one of the founders of the National Cable Television Cooperative (NCTC) and serves as Sr. VP of Programming for Worldcast. "Worldcast’s proprietary software offers DVR and program guide capabilities, without the need for expensive hardware." Initially, the network will be available on personal computers using Worldcast’s proprietary media player.

"Because SMART is a software solution, it has the potential of drastically lowering the cost of future generations of set-top terminals and other media devices," said Ian Stewart, President/Chief Technology Officer and Founder of Worldcast. “Our patented error correction protocol, dubbed the 'Manzanita Project,' can drastically improve the quality and reliability of video delivery to a variety or portable media devices." The SMART 'Manzanita' packet replacement technology has many other applications to improve communication technologies such as VoIP.

About Worldcast
Worldcast has developed an Internet software solution for worldwide interactive television to mass audiences. This will change the way the world watches television, bringing tremendous economic opportunities and consumer benefits. For more information about Worldcast and its innovative SMART technology, please visit www.worldcast.tv

WorldcastSM has developed an Internet software solution for worldwide interactive television to mass audiences. This will change the way the world watches television, bringing tremendous economic opportunities and consumer benefits.

SMART sends one signal to millions simultaneously. It is exponentially more cost and bandwidth efficient than unicast transmission. Unicast bandwidth cost per customer is flat with no economy of scale (in fact, it doesn’t scale). SMART's cost per customer drops with each customer added and approaches zero.

With SMART, worldwide “cable” companies are now possible. Worldcast plans to license SMART to cable companies and share in the enhanced revenue. SMART is another step in the convergence of communication technology, bringing the power of the computer and the Internet to the living room television and more. SMART is ubiquitous, able to transport video across all systems (cable/copper, fiber and wireless) to all devices (living room television, computers and all types of mobile devices).

SMART has been lab tested and is ready for field-testing and deployment.

The Need:

The quantity of data traveling across the Internet is growing at an almost exponential rate. For Internet service providers (ISPs), bandwidth, or the lack thereof, is becoming a critical issue. In order for video to be received with acceptable frame speed and clarity, Internet congestion must be managed. Current technology – commonly called unicast – requires sending a separate signal for each end-user; therefore, audiences larger than a few hundred thousand are not possible without causing congestion and loss of quality. These systems can easily consume more bandwidth than is available. Simply put, current streaming media systems are complex, capital-intensive bandwidth hogs.

By comparison, SMART is an elegant software system that is far less expensive to operate and far easier to implement. With Worldcast 's patented, secure, reliable SMART technology, one signal can be sent to millions simultaneously, with a cable-like quality picture, making it possible to launch a television system over the Internet. This combines television with the power of the computer, making full interaction with the viewer possible, all at exponentially reduced costs. Applications extend far beyond just television and include; video movie rental, video conferencing, military applications, broadcast to portable/mobile devices, etc.

SMART makes use of existing Internet protocols, then adds the point-to-multipoint functionality that hereto has been missing. A protocol is a set of rules used by all Internet communications. Protocols in use today are well established, e.g., Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol or TCP/IP. SMART technology has been through rigorous testing and is field test ready.

Worldcast holds the key to multicasting infrastructure network solutions, for which it holds five patents (three issued and two published/pending). Worldcast’s technical staff has over eleven years experience in SMART research and development. In short, Worldcast is well endowed with proprietary assets, solutions, and leadership unattainable by its competition.

Now re-read TDGI info from their filing, tell me it doesn't describe a company that has combined Dynamic Media and worldcast.tv's assets into one company now named tdgi....Key point that must be understood....there are two ways to do a reverse merger. One way is by reversing in another company. The second way....which is the way TDGI deal looks to have been structured is by vending in/merging in assets or technology but not a whole other company. So if someone says I called the company and they told me they're not doing a merger, that's because they already merged in the assets from Worldcast.tv imho. Also, now that 95% stake Alan Bailey et al own was the shares issued for this deal, so we pretty much know the share structure here. 95% for Bailey and team equal to approximately 150 million shares. Shareholders like us got the other 5% or 7.5 million shares approximately. Other key point someone mentioned earlier, now by only merging in assets and not entire companies, they only have to audit TDGI the shell to get fully reporting, they don't need audited financials from Dynamic media or Worldcast.tv because only assets were merged in not the entire companies.

Last goodie for now, read this about worldcast.tv creators......
