-The EEZ is divided into 14 blocks, varying in size from 3,600 sq km in the north (Block 1) to over 18,000 sq km in the west (Block 14).

-The inshore areas around the islands are excluded.

-The Blocks are grouped into three zones, A, B and C. It is planned that individual bidding Groups will only be awarded one Block per zone.

-It is still to be decided the final list of blocks will be on offer for the 1st Licensing Round
