I wasnt aware there were Dungeness that far South. When does the season run? I would just about fly up there just to go catch and eat a bunch of them with ya. Not to mention all the fine micro brews you have up there to wash them down with.

Almost all businesses are slow. One of my clients is an exception thanks to the carnage that hit the phoenix real estate market. He is converting homes that are bought for wicked cheap (35-40 a square foot and lot is free) and to handicap accessible. In the past they would pay a high rent now they can buy them and retro then live there for a third the cost. Soooo he has a backlog as far as the eye can see for now.

Im having a good year on top of last years 31%, but have yet to get back to the 48.5% gain i was at on jan 8th for 2009. a few of teh accounts are way above that level but i added cash near teh lows and that gave tehm a kicker. i havent given up on the 150% for the year but it probably wont happen.
