There is a ton of industry over here and the infrastructure being built as well as what was left over from the textile industry in Charlotte, the closeness to Atlanta, the mountains, the beach, and Lake Norman makes it all that much more attractive to top talent from an executive standpoint. JD could not be in a better geographic location if you ask me.

Love the Boone/Blowing Rock area as well, have vaca'd there a couple of times, headed the other direction in a couple of weeks over to Bald Head Island south of Wilmington. Hope to be over there laying on the beach enjoying our new found wealth. LOL
