CR--What to do? Easy, think back to the triple long small caps ETF you bought on day two of the BIG rally with comments.

It was in the $16s.
We said....No wurries.
Last we looked it was closer to $40.
Chartwise, RAD does not look like a chase or we would not have presented it.

[of course, we like to make it more complicated so we'd check out fundamentals or at minimum, whether there is news which would qualify RAD for W stock status. The key question to ask is...Is there still ineffeciency present at it's current price?]
$.20 on a Buck stock is inherently not that much.
The same % move on a $100 stock...going from $100 to $120 might be a "chase" or not...depends on what's drving it and if there is inefficiency still to be yet to be exploited.
