Banana this would be simple right? however it's not the goal the company has in mind...

Of course they could issue a PR or an 8k saying to the last share this is exactly how many shares we have... we'd then get a rush to buy and the stock would go up..

now... you say well why not do this we want the PPS to go up...

and the answer is yes we want the PPS to go up... however not based because the company has to issue PR's to make it go up... the people that would buy because of such PR are the ones who would sell if they had any sorts of gain...

These people we don't want in this stock the news junkies the people who think it is a scam... THe company has been flushing the pipes of these people... It is the only way we can build a strong and long lasting share base which won't sell off the second it gets to x pps... They are looking to build a share base of people which see the future not the BS day to day stuff...

Now let ask you, do you have any hedges? What do you have to do every year? it's simple trim back the newly grown branches to allow for the plant to look full and not straggly.. over time the plant will grow to be a big plant.. but there are some parts that grow quicker than the rest of the plant is ready to handle... As with hedges we don't want a share base which has in parts grown too quickly, we need to do some trimming and yes part of the plant dies in the process but the overall plant is much healthier because of this..
