I tell you what. If it pleases you I will call IR this week and I will RECORD the conversation. I will specifically ask the following questions.

1. Has SPNG sold any shares of it's stock at any time since the filing of the last 10Q?

2. Is the O/S count today at or below what was stated in the last 10Q?

3. Will the company allow the transfer agent to answer investors questions about the share structure?

I will post the audio recording to this board as reference.
I am willing to bet that I don't get an answer to 2 out of those 3 questions.
