That is what was in the 10Q 3 months ago, and for you to sit there and pretend that number hasn't changed 1 share one way or another simply proves how niave you are being.

Not only that but there is not one person on this board who can honestly tell me they called IR and someone at IR confirmed that the O/S count is equal to or less than what was stated in the 10Q. They simply will not and do not comment on it PERIOD, so again what is the point of even calling.
