With 85M O/S and usually less than 143,028(.2% of the O/S) shares failed to deliver and never more than 1,287,249(1.5% of the O/S) I wouldn't consider it a big deal. You guys are once again grasping at straws. At least the one where the CIA is behind the manipulation of DKAM is amusing.IMO
