while i had employees, none that came to me via advertising lasted more than a few weeks. i finally quit the help wanted game.

my entire point is that a long advertising campaign is not necessarily a positive to me. i operate in an industry where job seekers are warned about them.

why repr has run the ad for as long as they have is beyond me. time will tell what the result is. perhaps they are adding slowly and need a new batch of applicants to choose from every time.
