Oh good, I feel really relieved that the JDA will be issuing press releases. I bet they will be every bit as informative as the ones on OBO-1.

The only news release I want to see is the one coming from ERHE. All this malarkey about the operator being the only one that can release info is ridiculous. Any company can release any information at any time they want if they deem it to be material to their financial statements or if it is legally required in any way. That is the wording found in every joint operating agreement I've ever seen. When you hear companies telling you they can't say anything it is just a lame excuse. If they want to get the info out, they can find a way of doing it without violating the joint operating agreement.
