Troy, I agree with your premise, however, I can not imagine the JDA keeping any of the drilling results under wraps UNLESS the news is neutral or bad. I believe the JDA and Sao Tome are probably lacking in marketing skills and do not understand that you don't sell the steak but rather you sell the sizzle. Sinopec has to divulge the results of their findings to the owners. JDA wants to put the other blocks up for auction. Good news raises the auction interest. This is also true for Sao Tome and the EEZ auctions. So, if the operators choose to remain silent it will be ineffective with JDA and Sao Tome heralding the good news.
