Question is, why has Megas never taken the appropriate and correct action??

Why has Megas always skirted and circumvented his correct, appropriate and legal options??

I firmly believe that is the crux and core of what needs to be answered and addressed...because Megas's "correct" options have been known and available to him from day one.
