They did not have good info related to OBO-1. No one from the inside was able to give the JDA the info that the site was drilled off-structure. Yet Offor knows the best locations, so do you think that Offor would say something to the JDA about the location being drilled off-structure, or off the mark if it is drilled that way? I believe that the JDA & STP would look at Offor and ERHC as their friend now, because Offor wants the best locations because the best will get the best price as well.
