That's a theory that could be true..

However I just talked about buying back shares as 2 of the last AS increases happened and people didn't think they were going to buy back the shares they said they did based on these increases...

The company followed through with the word...

now your theory could be a very logical reason why the AS needs to be higher... But I can't be 100% sure
