I've heard the insider trading argument used so many times. 10 times alone with HEB, everytime some huge buys went through the stock shot up because there must be leak. Same thing with DSCO 2 weeks ago, went up to about $1.50 because "big money knows something".

SPNG has a ton of great stuff going for it that's already public knowledge, so when the stock goes down people view it as a bargain.
