OT: the most innovative aspect of healthcare in the USA is the clever way special interest groups manage to receive a benefit, for free, while other (not so special groups) get to pay. The proposed reform of healthcare perpetuates the process while coincidentally, expanding it.

If the current administration really wanted to reform healthcare all they have to do is allow any private insurer to calculate reimbursements for a service based on Medicares rate schedule.
