That's interesting However...
From the press release dated 22 June 2009

William White, Chairman and CEO of
NXGen Holdings, Inc., stated, "Because our products are not ferment based, and hence free from all the instability, incompatibilities, and inconsistencies inherent in those types of products, we can use all natural, DfE compliant
ingredients to bring a larger line to market in a more readily EPA certifiable way. And as government approval becomes more important in the 'green industries',
we feel we will be better positioned than most to meet these criteria."

Do some research as to what "Ferment based" means and you will find that these products and company has absolutely nothing to do with EESO or their formulas. All EESO products are "ferment based"
That is a fact not an opinion.
If this is the case then Mr. White is obviously not in any violation of any confidentiality agreements from his former employer.
