Yes the company is still in a buy back program.

And you can see everyone who is paid in stock it is on the 10q. (in the last year only a few million shares have been used to pay people... and mostly was in the past they now pay in cash).

as for the share structure it has not changed, call up the company... 722 million OS with 480 million shares via RME (held in cert form r144 stock and under contract via the 10q's to only be bought back by the company at cost)..

now... If you want to assume they are selling just like everyone has in the past. I would urge you to go back and look at past comments... before the last 10q every single person almost was sure that the company was selling... and it turned out not only were they not selling but they were buying back stock as well...

sometimes it is best to look back at what has happened to see where we are going.
