Can someone explain to me why there are hundreds of bullshit penny stocks with literally no activity and stupid pr's such as "CEO just went into a meeting" (exagerating to make a point), and trading in the .20's, .30's, .50's and even .60's range, and we can't get past the .20's with a full fledged company with real product and real sales. makes absolutely no sense,

what's the catch?
