i have never experienced that issue. i'm assuming you have some computer knowledge here...

Rule #1: The image you want in your iBox has to be out there on the internet somewhere, not on your personal computer.

Click here if it's on your computer and have iHub "host" your image

Once it's hosted, don't use the browse button in that little popup window... use cut and paste

right click where ever on the internet the image you want to use is hosted, and copy the HTTP thing

then paste the HTTP:// thing into that popup window I put up
