If the judge rules that the $4.4B belogs to WMI, it is certain that FDCI and JPM will appeal. That is for sure.

Now, here is the question. If the judge rules like that, does the JPM have to hand over the money and then appeal, or WMI has to wait the result of the appealing of JPM to get the money?

Anyone? Any idea?
