This type of question is asked many times... It is called nondiscloser... When a company buys something MANY MANY times they have restrictions on What can be said... Where I worked... Only with written permission could our name be used and then... we would want to pre approve ANY PR that mentioned our name.. While we thought a product was good... and was of value.. we didn't want to be used in a way that it looked like we were endorsing their product OR company...

It is a quite simple... AND STANDARD!! restriction...
