All I know is that the share count was diluted. It doesn't matter where they came from, it matters that the investment became less valuable as this was being promoted since march
It's dilution because the investment's value was diluted, watered down, wherever the shares came from...and it was obvious it was happening to even me, a relative newbie. Making the investment return potention much lower, but nobody was speaking about that.
