Interesting dynamic strat0477, as the OS has to have increased to allow for 250k more shares being sold-- that's 895k within the same month. That would mean the OS should be no less than 89,500,000 on a stated authorized of 75,000,000 per last Q although the AS increase is mentioned as well via RS at 10.05 billion. There is a filing with Nevada for an AS increase to 1.05 billion effective 06/08/2007. The last OS numbers were as of 6/18/09 at 60,287,000...
