RCKS, based on today's action, I doubt it. Cycle-wise, a lower low doesn't make sense unless the market were to come completely unglued--and that isn't the signal the market is sending today. The $NDX setup is amazingly bullish--both in terms of the right-translated wave structures and the moving averages. A higher-high seems likely. A lower low seems extremely unlikely for this week. Let's see what happens this afternoon and tomorrow AM. I will be looking for a pullback--but not a lower low.
