They have NO INTEREST in the strength sports.

Meanwhile the strength sports (weightlifting, wrestling, hammer throw, discus, shot put, etc.) are the main ones the Eastern European and further east countries find of interest.

The guy is the strongest man who ever lived (at least in doing the two Olympic lifts that they do today--the snatch and clean and jerk).

He clean and jerked 19 pounds less than 600 pounds.

And no-one gives a ----.

At one time not so long ago a dead lift with 600 pounds (simply getting it off the floor) was considered remarkable.
