IMO, there is a very, very large sell order overhanging this market. An MM, or MM's are trying to work it off in the $.135-$.145 area. If they can work this "overhang" off in this area, the pps could start to move up. Not as long as there is a [or more] huge seller, however. IMO.
The way it works is that the MM's accumulate buyers until they can move a large block from a seller or sellers.
