Axis announced they had a billion barrels of oil, you would say its the wrong kind and someone will be a seller.

or that oil dropped to $100 per barrel and that they would be worth a lot more at $105 and there will be a seller tomorrow.

or the well they hit at 10,000 barrels a day should have been drilled 4 ft to the north and
there will be a seller tomorrow.
