Will you be keeping the mod squad

Of course we will. The members who volunteer to be on our Mod Squad are a tremendous asset to the site. This news has absolutely no bearing on that.

SI has an equivalent set of users who assist admin there. I'm sure Bob will continue that as well.

Bob has not been directly involved in the administrative management of the websites - other than perhaps talkzilla - for quite a long time. Accordingly, there won't be any changes resulting from this news.
