this was controlled selling, first off it was selling at the same price, no way could 15mill sell off not knock share price down below 2 cents, also it was even number sells in huge amounts, if there was a huge naked short position the mms could be transferring shares from one broker to another to hide the short positions from the section or just a transfer of ownership of those shares, a 15mil sell off would of took this sub penny under normal conditions, no way was there that many investor buyers sitting on 2 cents, this is real fishy.
