bkwheadon - I don't disagree with your explanation. I just keep things in their proper buckets. UC is paying this dude. And where our interests and UCs coincide I agree but sometimes business owner have to chose between company and shareholder and in those respects Roger has UC's back not ours. Case in point...many shareholders have tried to call Roger directly. At least this is what is alledged. Roger tells them to pound salt because he does not answer to the shareholders. He answers to UC...

Not trying to make it an issue though....just the way I see it..
