Squashing the Negative Accusations…
Let’s finally squash this situation that’s being blown way out of proportion. I have spent countless hours on the phone and in chat rooms defending myself for something that I have done nothing wrong. I am very surprised as many have shown nothing but feelings of selfishness, jealousy, and greed. I have forgiven all of those who have fallen victim to such feelings in mistake. I have now made the time to elaborate to give you all a better understanding of what actually transpired.
Just so everyone knows I needed time to free some thoughts before posting because of all the things that I was hearing that were being said about me. I was too disappointed and I felt that I would have maybe said some things out of anger that I would have wished I could have taken back. That’s the primary reason why I waited to post. As for the other reasons, I didn’t have the time. It would have been something rushed.
This all had taken place at the Denver race. I was late arriving as compared to everyone else, by two days, due to flight complications. The race started on a Thursday and I arrived on that Saturday two days later. Upon arriving, I heard that Urban was very happy about the shareholder turnout and participation at the Denver race. I was told that Urban wanted to donate some of his own personal shares to people whom he felt were in need of his shares more than himself as a gift.
What other CEO in any other market in history have ever done such a generous thing? The norm is quite the opposite. Quite naturally Urban believes that these shares will one day hold tremendous value and he feels that there is no need for him to become over-wealthy, so this is his way of helping the masses even more on another positive avenue to include shareholders to help him in doing so. Urban’s intent is what is needed to be taken under consideration.
Urban initially did not want his name to be attached due to scripturally looking like he was showing great efforts of “pride” for boasting recognition to keep from looking like his efforts to help those in need were done for egotistical attention as a show of power. This is an ultimate show of humility that he was trying to reflect. This was something that was not being hidden. Just because it wasn’t broadcasted as loud as one would have liked for it to be heard doesn’t mean that it was hidden.
I was told that he was touched by the amount of support that had come out to support CMKX at the Denver race and all the other races from his shareholders too. He felt so touched that he wanted to donate some of his own personal shares to needy people with the help of CMKX shareholders. This is when he said to make a list for all shareholders at the race to put their names on the list to be part of this huge movement of giving.
The thought was for those shareholders at the race to add names to the list of anybody that they knew in need of assistance. He stated to include single parents, people struggling, and any others that we knew that might be in need of financial assistance. Urban’s thought was then for those shareholders that felt that they were in need of the extra shares to keep them, but if you held a comfortable position already then Urban expected for you to find someone you know that is in need of assistance and give those shares to them. Urban expected for this to be a conscience matter with you as to whether to “pay it forward” to someone in need or keep for yourself if you felt you were one in need.
Trust me, the love from all shareholders there at that race was flowing and all wanted to be part of this huge movement of giving. For this reason, I think any shareholder that is currently complaining is really not fully understanding what had transpired and they are showing nothing more than feelings of selfishness because of being left out of something that they know they would have been a part of to help someone in need, jealousy because it happened to someone else besides them self, and/or greed because they feel as though they missed out on having a fair opportunity to increase their position by going to the Denver race and for whatever reason was not able to attend. If any of you who are complaining were on that list, many if not all of you would have a different opinion. As for me, my thoughts would remain just as positive.
So why did Urban do such at the Denver race and not any of the other races? Imagine that you owned a restaurant and a few customers/shareholders came in for breakfast to discuss CMKX. What if you were so happy at the turnout of customers/shareholders that had attended that you decided to take a few million of your own personal shares and give them out to those there in attendance because of your happiness for showing their support? What if now you had done so because you felt that they were in more need than yourself or for them to make a list of who they would like to give their position to in need? That would be under your own personal discretion.
Now imagine that next week the same thing happened, but this time you decided to not give out any shares. Would it be fair for one to challenge your giving by showing feelings of selfishness, jealousy, and greed by questioning your actions in a negative way as to why you are not going to give them any free shares as a gift? Since it is you doing the giving, isn’t it your choice as to how and when you decide to give something that belongs to you to someone as a gift? Giving should come from the heart and not from force.
For those who are still not seeing this, ask yourself this question: Is it really fair to not save and help thousands just because you can’t save millions? Urban told me that he wishes that he could save everyone and help everyone over and over again a few times. He really has a passion for helping people who are in much need than himself. It is my understanding that something of this nature might happen again, but I cannot tell you when or what race in the future. If it happens again, such would totally be up to the discretion of the one doing the giving, Urban.
Upon distribution, each person on the list will be awarded two stock certificates with their names on it; one reflecting 3 Million shares of CIM and the other 3 Million shares of CMKX. These shares are restricted for 2 years. These shares are not shares taken from the treasury. This means no dilution at all. This I confirmed by D. Roger Glenn. He also confirmed with me that what Urban is doing is fine and a good gesture that shareholders should not be mad about. Since this is a non-reporting pink sheet stock, Urban really does not even owe us an explanation.
These shares have not been distributed to any of the individuals as of yet and was done only as a kind gesture from Urban to those who are in need. These shares should be eligible for all future dividends be it stock or cash dividends. The restricted shares are to give those in need long term assistance while any future dividends are thought to position those in need for any short term assistance that might become prevalent in the future.
From my understanding, Urban wanted us to help in finding the needy instead of giving the shares to officially registered charitable organizations. There is a big difference. Personally I understand because sometimes as an Air Force Officer, you will be placed in charge of your Squadron’s, Wing’s, Group’s, or base annual charity collections. I’m sure many of you have seen and heard of the Air Force Assistance (AFA) Fund which the Air Force donated a total of $22.6 million in one society of giving and the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) donated $237 million nationally registered charitable organizations to name a few charitable collections. These funds allow you to donate to any registered charitable organization that exists. I can recall that many of these organizations receive many funds in donations simply because many of those giving just simply check the block to ensure that their contribution goes to all listed as registered just to keep from searching through the large book that has each designation code for each charity. Keep in mind that this is just the Air Force portion of giving to these registered charitable organizations and does not include the other branches of the military and the civilian working agencies that participate such as employees from banks, stores, etc.
Well, Urban is not trying to give more to those registered charities because all is not given directly to that charity of selection. A good percentage actually goes toward the management and other miscellaneous expenses. It surprised me too, but read the fine print in those books with the codes because it is legally indicated. Urban is trying to reach the single mother that has just gotten evicted out of her house with kids and has just gotten laid off and is not part of any registered charitable organization. These are the people that Urban wanted us to help him reach.
I am not the only one on the list to receive shares, but I am the only one being primarily targeted. People are acting as if I have this big master list with everybody’s name on it. Well, such is not the case. All I can say is that I am not mad and I have forgiven those that have spearheaded this attack.
I have never been compensated for any stock, not once which is to include CMKX too. Still, even if I did, I receiving any shares at all still should not affect how you feel about your investment in CMKX if you had truly done you own DD or learned from others DD. This is why we all share our DD amongst each other.
As for the trip, we paid for our own way to Saskatchewan. It was not funded by the government and not by taxpayers’ money. So those rumors are not true either and had shown some very ignorant creativity for those who created them. I have been on authorized leave which expires this coming Monday, today, which is why I will be going back to work. We also did not sign any nondisclosure agreements either. We did not attend any corporate meetings. We are not insiders from what I was told by the CMKX lawyers and staff. Yes I did ask. We just enjoyed a great fishing trip. Any shareholder can call Melvin and he will schedule the same or similar trip for them. We just went up there when the timing was right.
Still, there was much that I heard and have seen that leads me to think that I should considered reducing my posts of speculation concerning CMKX to keep from risking any kind of redundant action that it appears that many would be looking to bash to further question my integrity. A 24 hour trading period would officially have to elapse before I would be considered clear for trading. That 24 trading period for me needing to elapse was this past Thursday. Still, such didn’t matter because my position remains the same and I have not changed my position in weeks. For this reason, my presence in posting and sharing thoughts in chats/Paltalk about CMKX should be very minimal as of now per Roger Glenn’s and other CMKX lawyer’s guidance. Roger Glenn recommended I take the above just mentioned actions to just be on the safe side. As of now, I am fine as I have not violated anything according to the SEC for those inquiry minds out there. Don’t worry; I still will be saving my airline, rental car, and other receipts as I have seen some of those who still have doubts just in case they decide to pursue this issue further.
I just continue to waste too much time defending myself from people who are bashers and those who are not even bashers over things that I am not in error and have only been trying to help us all as CMKX investors. Heck, I feel as though I have been treated at least equivalent or worse than some has treated some of the bashers. I can’t believe how many have bit off into these tactics. LOL
None of us went to the Denver race expecting anything. None of us go to any of the races expecting handouts. We go to the races to support Urban and Team CMKX/UCAD. This was one time when Urban decided to award shareholders a gift. Were we to turn it down out of rudeness the gift he was giving us out of appreciation for ourselves and to help those in need? Not me as Urban has my full support. That would have been a slap in his face in my opinion.
So as it stands, other very old negative info could not tarnish Urban as he was proven to not legally, ethically, and morally have not done anything wrong. Is the only thing that bashers or those with negative concerns could come up with now is that our CEO is overly generous, giving, and caring for the needy and his shareholders?
I have also had some people bring to my attention of having a form 510 3c sent out with each certificate for tax purposes for those that might be on welfare. I will have to find out more details about such and report back later. I’m just guessing that if I was on welfare and the value of these shares were to appreciate enough for me to lose my welfare status that such might be a good thing. That might be a problem that I would not mind dealing with. I would consider such as a good opportunity for advancement.
I did not initiate any of this as many have appeared to have insinuated, but I am fine with Urban giving his shares to anyone whom he desires. Since I have been labeled the problem for this, I have decided to come up with the solution. I will be presenting very soon the guidelines for the ”Pay it Forward List” for those who will be receiving these shares to consider being a participant. You can read about such in detail in my upcoming post.
For those who are in the military, be aware that public law and Air Force Instruction (AFI) 51-901 require military and civilian personnel and their family members to report the gift or combination of gifts received at one presentation if the total value exceeds a U.S. retail value of $245. This requirement also includes gifts that recipients wish to keep for official use or display.
Failure to report the gifts can result in a U.S. District Court penalty equal to the fair market value of the gift plus $5,000, said Frank Posey of the judge advocate's office at the Air Force Personnel Center, Headquarters, Randolph Air Force Base, TX.
By the way, Urban did not give me the rumored 6 billion shares for services rendered or for any other reason either. If he did, believe me, I would be proud enough to tell the world and would gladly accept them. I have still never received any shares from CMKX or any company to this date for services rendered. To add, any services rendered have been nothing more than those services of me posting for free as a hobby that I have done for free to help you and many others that read my posts, period. All I have done was shared speculation to try to stimulate ones’ mind about our investment here with CMKX.
Also, I have no idea who is that 2500 investors group either. Heck, if anyone does, ask them if they would like to change their name to 2501 as I think I would be willing to try their forum out to see how they treat each other as a family of investors.
So, all of those lies that Doug (punchy-poluka) were spreading were just that; lies. For your information he was one of my Administrators from Paltalk. He was granted that position by one of my primary Administrators that had the authority to select positions for people in my absence for Paltalk to assist with maintaining discipline since my schedule allows for me to be in there a small amount of time.
Personally I thought Doug assisted well up until these recent accusations. I had not known the reasons as to why he bashes me so I called Doug about these accusations and he said that he has no problem with me, but instead with the ones that were with me on the fishing trip. Why he stills continue to try to tarnish my character, I still know not why. He should direct his actions of anger at those who he feels have really wrong him and not I. I can’t keep up with what everything everybody is doing or with what they are doing. I told him whatever he believes others to be doing that is wrong, I DON’T KNOW!!!
So why he chooses me, I could only gather that he is very disgruntled about how Urban had decided to disseminate his shares to the needy and he was left out. I still have forgiven Doug as he really needs to stand down because there is much that his stubbornness has placed blinders on his understanding. I expect for him to be coming back to reality soon. He called me the day before I departed for the fishing trip. If he would have acted like a real man and just asked me if those rumors were true, I would have told him then that they were not. That was a very weak move on his part to not ask the questions while he had me on the phone and just bash with untruths.
There were a few others that I think had discovered some of the things that I think that Doug and others were curious about too that caused them to question my integrity. I thanked them for calling me for me to clear things up. It’s a difference when you call looking for answers and I have no idea what are the questions you are looking for the answers to as opposed to calling with “ALL” of the questions that you are looking for the answers to. Again, I think those who had done so which is why I am making this post.
I am so burnt out from fighting the untruths from those who I know to not be bashers, but have allowed them selves to fall victim to believe what was probably created by bashers that I don’t want to speak on much of the positive in this forum and in the chat room environments as of yet. I am still trying to figure out who is friend or foe.
I went back to begin reading some of the posts on this board and on the CMKX board and it blew my mind. I did not even get pass but a few posts before I soon realized that it was not worth my time. I still forgive them all too for they know not what they do. I was briefed on how all of this mess started. I know that if they really knew me they would feel better about me and CMKX. So, I understand since they don’t.
I have not deleted anyone in months and I had asked my moderators to try not to delete anybody if they can help it because I wanted to see their posts to see how people really feel about me and what they really think of me. Now I know! I must thank all of you for your support and I also must thank all of you who have shown lack of support. This has been a very valuable learning experience for us all, I hope.
One of my goals was to have my forum, Sterling’s Classroom, act independent of me as a learning environment since I anticipated my schedule to become even busier in the near future since my time off/leave is up. This is nothing more than a hobby for me and not another job and is why I am not here as often as I like. I see that such has transpired to force you all to act independent of me, but I just wish that it would have happened on a positive note instead of a negative one.
I believe in CMKX much more now than I ever did before the fishing trip for what it’s worth. Sadly I won’t be around as much to share as many thoughts as I would like to have done.
Time heals ALL! Trust me, I am ok. I have a high tolerance level so let’s just please move forward as I know how Urban would like for us too as one unified family of CMKX shareholders! All I ask is that you place more attention on becoming more positive than what I have seen concerning CMKX and not me because I think that we have a lot to be happy about with CMKX that many will be made known of in my opinion.
I still have much love for all of you and I will stick to my word that I will never abandon you. Expect to see some changes to make this a better and more fun classroom for us all. Reform is on the way! This all has been one big mess that I have no problem undoing!
We all are instructors and students in this environment because we all can learn from each other. That is the real reason why it’s called “Sterling’s Classroom.”
I have done much DD on my situation before and after many of you have decided to past such judgment on me. For those who still insist to publicly question my integrity, please call SEC Enforcement. This is petty to them and they confirm once again that Urban with CMKX and I with all of the explained above was fine. They also told me that before I tell them to call them to report their findings to first please call Roger Glenn because he is a Securities Lawyer that would give you more in detail guidance. I have and will always tell you that if I am wrong, don’t be on my side. All I ask is that you make sure I am wrong before you decide to not be on my side or at least remain neutral.

For those who are in the military, be aware that public law and Air Force Instruction (AFI) 51-901 require military and civilian personnel and their family members to report the gift or combination of gifts received at one presentation if the total value exceeds a U.S. retail value of $245. This requirement also includes gifts that recipients wish to keep for official use or display.
Failure to report the gifts can result in a U.S. District Court penalty equal to the fair market value of the gift plus $5,000, said Frank Posey of the judge advocate's office at the Air Force Personnel Center, Headquarters, Randolph Air Force Base, TX.
By the way, Urban did not give me the rumored 6 billion shares for services rendered or for any other reason either. If he did, believe me, I would be proud enough to tell the world and would gladly accept them. I have still never received any shares from CMKX or any company to this date for services rendered. To add, any services rendered have been nothing more than those services of me posting for free as a hobby that I have done for free to help you and many others that read my posts, period. All I have done was shared speculation to try to stimulate ones’ mind about our investment here with CMKX.
Also, I have no idea who is that 2500 investors group either. Heck, if anyone does, ask them if they would like to change their name to 2501 as I think I would be willing to try their forum out to see how they treat each other as a family of investors.
So, all of those lies that Doug (punchy-poluka) were spreading were just that; lies. For your information he was one of my Administrators from Paltalk. He was granted that position by one of my primary Administrators that had the authority to select positions for people in my absence for Paltalk to assist with maintaining discipline since my schedule allows for me to be in there a small amount of time.
Personally I thought Doug assisted well up until these recent accusations. I had not known the reasons as to why he bashes me so I called Doug about these accusations and he said that he has no problem with me, but instead with the ones that were with me on the fishing trip. Why he stills continue to try to tarnish my character, I still know not why. He should direct his actions of anger at those who he feels have really wrong him and not I. I can’t keep up with what everything everybody is doing or with what they are doing. I told him whatever he believes others to be doing that is wrong, I DON’T KNOW!!!
So why he chooses me, I could only gather that he is very disgruntled about how Urban had decided to disseminate his shares to the needy and he was left out. I still have forgiven Doug as he really needs to stand down because there is much that his stubbornness has placed blinders on his understanding. I expect for him to be coming back to reality soon. He called me the day before I departed for the fishing trip. If he would have acted like a real man and just asked me if those rumors were true, I would have told him then that they were not. That was a very weak move on his part to not ask the questions while he had me on the phone and just bash with untruths.
There were a few others that I think had discovered some of the things that I think that Doug and others were curious about too that caused them to question my integrity. I thanked them for calling me for me to clear things up. It’s a difference when you call looking for answers and I have no idea what are the questions you are looking for the answers to as opposed to calling with “ALL” of the questions that you are looking for the answers to. Again, I think those who had done so which is why I am making this post.
I am so burnt out from fighting the untruths from those who I know to not be bashers, but have allowed them selves to fall victim to believe what was probably created by bashers that I don’t want to speak on much of the positive in this forum and in the chat room environments as of yet. I am still trying to figure out who is friend or foe.
I went back to begin reading some of the posts on this board and on the CMKX board and it blew my mind. I did not even get pass but a few posts before I soon realized that it was not worth my time. I still forgive them all too for they know not what they do. I was briefed on how all of this mess started. I know that if they really knew me they would feel better about me and CMKX. So, I understand since they don’t.
I have not deleted anyone in months and I had asked my moderators to try not to delete anybody if they can help it because I wanted to see their posts to see how people really feel about me and what they really think of me. Now I know! I must thank all of you for your support and I also must thank all of you who have shown lack of support. This has been a very valuable learning experience for us all, I hope.
One of my goals was to have my forum, Sterling’s Classroom, act independent of me as a learning environment since I anticipated my schedule to become even busier in the near future since my time off/leave is up. This is nothing more than a hobby for me and not another job and is why I am not here as often as I like. I see that such has transpired to force you all to act independent of me, but I just wish that it would have happened on a positive note instead of a negative one.
I believe in CMKX much more now than I ever did before the fishing trip for what it’s worth. Sadly I won’t be around as much to share as many thoughts as I would like to have done.
Time heals ALL! Trust me, I am ok. I have a high tolerance level so let’s just please move forward as I know how Urban would like for us too as one unified family of CMKX shareholders! All I ask is that you place more attention on becoming more positive than what I have seen concerning CMKX and not me because I think that we have a lot to be happy about with CMKX that many will be made known of in my opinion.
I still have much love for all of you and I will stick to my word that I will never abandon you. Expect to see some changes to make this a better and more fun classroom for us all. Reform is on the way! This all has been one big mess that I have no problem undoing!
We all are instructors and students in this environment because we all can learn from each other. That is the real reason why it’s called “Sterling’s Classroom.”
I have done much DD on my situation before and after many of you have decided to past such judgment on me. For those who still insist to publicly question my integrity, please call SEC Enforcement. This is petty to them and they confirm once again that Urban with CMKX and I with all of the explained above was fine. They also told me that before I tell them to call them to report their findings to first please call Roger Glenn because he is a Securities Lawyer that would give you more in detail guidance. I have and will always tell you that if I am wrong, don’t be on my side. All I ask is that you make sure I am wrong before you decide to not be on my side or at least remain neutral.
