Well we know Soros, and i feel Buffet and Gates would be definitely biased to Kerry, as Buffet, at least at the level of economics, is at "red flag" regards Bush and Buffet has major influence on Gates.
Buffet is already on list to be an economic adviser to Kerry.
Buffet backing The Terminator was an economic decision as he was appalled at the economics of California.
Plus Buffet, like Soros, attacked Bush tax-cuts to the extreme both saying they are only vehicles to make the rich richer and the middle class and poor, poorer.
Both Buffet and Gates are committed to their fortunes going back into the populace and they have no desire to establish family dynasties.
Buffet gave a demonstration of what the tax-cuts would do for him on the one hand and his secretary on the otherhand to show how hugely they favor the rich.
