L II is goofy on eSignal. I'm showing PENA as the only MM at both .75 and 1.05 on the bid, and at both 1.50 and 2.50 on the ask, so it's basically useless.

eSignal's time & sales seems to be accurate though. Right now I've got 1.05 x 2.25
