I've been accumulating PWEB for a little while myself -- it "seems" like on a no-brainer on the risk/reward scale.

Short version -- debt free starting to make money hand over fist and trades at a steep discount relative to the profits I see. Q2 I estimates +.02 EPS or an annualized +.08 pace. PE of 1.5
