Thinking the same here that there is more coming,hopefully he knows how to play this. Don't dilute,move up first at least the otcbb, then tell the story and sell shares. We'll see. He seems to have a few different llcs already running,but i cant find any numbers yet.He probably will roll these into this new holding company. Might do better using his name as a reference. Will keep looking.
