You also NEVER answered how that will BENEFIT AERP shareholders. That's kind of the *key* thing here isn't it?
It's certainly possible that Peacock/Javelin helped *promote* FCCN stock in the time frame you are *alluding* to. IT HAPPENS ALL THE TIME!! on OTC BB stocks. My goodness, plenty of posters warned you & others about that possibility. The SEC has repeatedly warned investors about BB stocks & what to watch out for regarding Pump & Dump schemes. If you weren't aware of that FACT back then, it's your own fault.
The SEC & the DOJ spent a lot of time & effort investigating before they filed charges againt the "gang of eight". Nowhere do they mention AERP. Even if they did...how is that a "good thing" for shareholders? All it would mean is that AERP was P&D like numerous other OTC BB scams.

The SEC is certainly a good place to start. Far, far better than calling the company or IR & asking them how things are going. Reading...& comprehending the SEC filings are another good place to ascertain info. Again, far, far better than a companies PR's.
You are still in limbo on this stock?
If you are waiting for the company to put out a PR telling you " Sorry , you are screwed".... it isn't going to happen.
If you plan on waiting until Sept for the SEC filings you are way behind the curve. You never ascertained how things would procede from any of the previous filings....even though they clearly showed AERP was in serious trouble.
BTW..even *IF* the Jones deal had gone thru, the common shareholders would still have been screwed. It would have taken a massive RS for that to happen..followed by more dilution. Call it AERP Part Duex if you want.
