Looking at L2 and the chart, I dont see any indication that those shares are hitting the market at this time.

Maybe in the future, the shares could be used on a restricted basis or conversion of preferreds to commons. I dont think Jared would convert and sell his preferred shares but possibly the other party with preferred shares wanted to sell, and forced Jared to raise AS to accomodate

Jared needs to address this because with the gagged TA, we wont know whats up unless one can see dilution in a chart.
