Thanks for the information. Unfortunately, I'm so new at this I only understood "loading up" and "r/s"...lol. What are s-8 shares and 10q forms? I probably did this all wrong anyway. I "loaded up" all right...bought at all levels in the past couple of months...everything from .002 down to .0002

If I'm being a pest, please tell me a website where I can find out what the terms mean.
