Speaking about TOU, I have a question for you, Phil. Clem Chambers sent me two emails on May 28th in response to some questions I had. I'm wondering if I can post the responses without violating TOU. I believe that they would be 'public property' but I'm not absolutely sure.

You'll have to ask admin that question, but since it was addressed solely to you, I don't understand how you could consider it "public property".

Personally, I don't see anything wrong with posting an e-mail though, as long as you post the whole thing, such as dates, his e-mail address, etc.

There is nothing I have ever read in the TOU that would prevent you from posting an e-mail.

If you do though, don't expect any further correspondence from him.
