I do agree that federal funding is a long and slow process. If synj is getting any in the near future, the process needs to already be ongoing. We need more information from the company on this question.


My opinions are worthless to most since I don't know anything about your bank account or trading style. Your own entry and exit points will determine whether or not you made a good trade.
