As long as you don't violate the TOU, your posts should stand, whether positive or negative, however if you are "disrupting" the board, especially with harassing negative posts, your posts will be most likely be censored.

I have seen some negative posters that were out and out harassing the other posters, even though they were not violating the TOU. That would fall under the excessive posting guideline.

I, myself, would like to see the penny stock market either abolished, or more heavily regulated, so please don't confuse me with a spamming pumper clown.

Just learn to present your information in a calm and civil manner and you will butt heads less often with admin.
