Thats the 100 million dollar question. Were's the money going to come from. If we already knew this the stock price would be into the pennies. Since we don't, all we have is speculation. We do know that Mac/SRE has good connnections in Washington from previous ventures and appears to be a stand up guy. BS and Mac are now business partners as far as Pinnacle is concerned, possibly a R/M with SRE. Both are part of the Pickens Plan and are making connections there. It's obvious from past PR's that they have applied for government funding, but no proof as of yet if they have received it. We will soon find out but I like what I see so far.
