NVS – The Business Week article on Vasella is a good read and is more objective than a typical CEO profile in the business press, IMO. For instance, the article notes that NVS’ newfound approach to R&D has caused NVS to lose some of its top development and marketing people such as James Shannon (mentioned prominently in the article) and Kurt Graves, now at VRTX.

All told, I think NVS is a fine company and the stock is a good buy at the current valuation.
