Well Fresh, in short, no. I can get strategies to work for short time periods, but nothing that works consistently over a two year period with any reasonable set of stocks. As I have bemoaned before, I can't get the formulas to work the way I think through the decision process and I haven't been able to come up with any new approaches that automate well.
I have developed one successful strategy (successful in the backtester anyway), but the lack of buying power control in SD prevents me from using it for automated trading, because the strategy requires scanning hundreds of stocks, which would eventually lead to too many triggering at the same time, which would eventually lead to blowing my buying power, which would lead to the end of all life as we know it. But if you think you have a good one, please share.
