you're wrong, I can guarantee you will lose money after the R/S.. the only exception I've ever seen, is where the R/S was used as a vehicle (not electric, lol) to uplist onto a big board, ie; NASDAQ/NYSE.. heck SOLM isn't even a "reporting company", they will typically dump 10's of millions of the new A/S within weeks of R/S.. just watch and see how these pink sheet flops operate..
there will be a point maybe a week or two after the R/S where an entry may be practical.. usually the price dumps the hardest in the pursuing weeks after restructure then levels out and rises.. you just need to play this as a day/week trade and lose the love..
