It is my understanding that artist have been getting royalties for years every time their song is played on air. I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure I'm not. And I do not see a scenario that will allow a businessman to profit (charge a fee) for music that is not paying royalties to artist. And believe me, that if the big boys (VEVO) start charging for their service....it will be a cold day in hell that they allow the likes of Hypster to exist....just my opinion.
